- Scott Kennedy Added November 20, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Told when I ordered my depreciation schedule, 5 week wait for inspection in Sydney. Reluctantly agreed to proceed. The day after the inspection (5 weeks later), I get a call and are told it's a 36 business day (7 week +) wait for the Quantity Surveyor to produce the Depreciation Schedule...13 week wait for a report! Ever felt like you're being drip fed information? Customers would go elsewhere if BMT were upfront and honest about timeframes when ordering...Invoice for payment issued on Day 1.
Update: BMT rep phoned a few days later and agreed provision of timeframe information wasn’t a good customer experience. Undertook to get me my report in 10 business days, which they did. Thank you. Overall experience was still nevertheless disappointing. - Muhammad Inam ul haq Added November 17, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very expensive and not value for money. They charged more than the market price for my initial depreciation schedule. Then they sent me another hefty bill for updates. Other vendors are charging WAY less and schedule updates are free for life. Better look elsewhere.
