I'm always met with a smile and when I go to pick up my car I get a full explanation of everything that has been done again met with a smile. I'm also never met with a heart-stopper of a bill - in fact on my full 2 year service for my car the total cost was less than what the dealer had charged me for labour alone on my last service with them.
